As an employer, would you be interested in serving as an Official Culinary Institute of Virginia Externship Program Site? A student’s externship is a vital element of his or her “real world”, hands-on education. Students are required to complete a specified number of hours at an approved site in order to complete their program requirements. Our guidelines for
approving an externship site are stringent.
If you are interested in learning more about our externship program and possibly employing one or more of our students as part of this program, please contact Andy Gladstein at 757-858-CHEF or toll free 1-866-619-CHEF or complete the form (on this page) and submit your information.
