Learn the steps necessary to create beautiful layered cakes! In this class you will learn how to create the layers using a variety of mixing methods and learn how to prepare toppings, which include butter creams. Skills taught include the finishing of the cakes and how to garnish them using scoring and decorative piping techniques.
