Inspired by the idea that less is better and keep it simple Chef O’Neill designed a Casual Gourmet just for you. Pan Sauces 101 and 102. The class explores the simple elegance and versatility of sauces, and teaches you how to prepare and bring these delicious meals to the table in less than 30 minutes. You will learn how to use everyday ingredients to prepare these sauces and serve them with beef, pork, lamb, poultry, seafood, and pasta. Whether you are preparing a dinner party or meal for the family, you will wow friends and family alike.

Note: Students will prepare and cook beef, pork, lamb, poultry, seafood, and pasta dishes.
