Fresh vs. dried pasta, which is better? The answer is both. Some sauces work better with fresh dough and others with finished dried shapes. This class will teach you how to make fresh pasta, cook both fresh and dried products, and to know which sauces work best with each. It doesn’t matter which you prefer, you’ll enjoy sampling both at the end of the class!
